Description:

i bought this golf  with the intention of having it fully resprayed to show winning standards but with other commitments it has  proven difficult to find the funds to do so,
so i have decided to sell it.

i didn't know much details on the car, i bought it blind but was told it was a good car.
it looks to have been resprayed at some point in the past
the car has no mot at the moment and should pass with only a few faults (i haven't had it tested)
the rear axle mounts are solid and so is the front end like battery tray and inner wings
the door bottoms are nice and straight and generally solid
the car does have a few small rust bubbles and could do with the repaint that it so deserves.
the interior is pretty good for its age with the usual bolster wear on the drivers seat, carpet is good but would benefit from a good clean.
the door cards where missing from the car when i bought it as where the rear ones but i sourced some rear and fitted them (no front).  the head lining is in very good condition.
as is the dash.

the 1.8 git engine does start up and run but not having driven it i can't say what it is like
