Want to be in a Classic & Sports Car photo shoot?

I'm looking for a nice standard Mk1 Golf GTI to take part in a Classic & Sports Car magazine photo shoot.

Proposed dates are either August 20th or 24th, meeting up near Andover, Hants, to use various locations around Salibury Plain.

Hi mate, can I suggest you contact the Lawsy via PM, might help to get you more takers on this, especially as the dates are very short.

Might be useful if you put up some more details too as it's all a bit sketchy.

The feature is one of our series of Ultimate Showdowns, and will be the age-old comparison with a Peugeot 205 GTi. If anyone wqants to check the format, the last of these (Austin-Healey 3000 vs Triumph TR5) was in the August 2009 issue.

It's an all-day thing as there's a lot of photos and driving to get done, but we will pay all reasonable fuel costs, keep the owner fed and watered, and they will get a copy of the magazine plus a CD of the photos taken as a thank you.

Happy to answer any other Qs that arise.
