Flywheel hitting transmission

Hi everyone I'm new here hoping you guys can help me out

So i recently did an engine swap on my mk1 from a 1.6 to a 2.0. It starts no problem although i did notice the flywheel hitting the gearbox and did come loose.

Why is this happening even when i tried the whole 1.6 clutch with flywheel it still gets stuck on the gearbox which is funny because it worked well on the 1.6 engine.

By the way I'm using the same gearbox that was on the 1.6 engine please help me figure out what's wrong here
