Carburettor?

hello everyone, I have had my carburettors changed in my mk1 1.8 golf. My revs are a little high. Around 1100/1200rpm. I was wondering if anyone knows how to set them correctly or knows someone in the London area who can set it for me? thanks 

There should be an adjustable screw on the carb that sets your idle speed.
