Kinda made an oopsie with my citi golf mk1

So basically I smoked a joint in my car on my way home a week or so back, when a small piece of ash landed on the rear seat and burned a pencil sized hole.
I took it to an upholster to patch the hole but they kinda messed the whole thing up, any suggestions on how to get a new original replacement or perhaps a way to fix the mess?
