One of them has a larger imprint of Rajan's but in the drivers seat?

What a pair of beauties !

Are the steel wheels just painted silver or do they have a lacquered top coat ? How did they come from the factory ?

They are superb 8)  8)  my 79 came with those steels, the alloys were an option iirc

one is very dark blue and the other....is that a deep purple?? original colours back in 79!!

forgot to mention I'am colour blind!! :roll:

Some people collect stamps, some people collect coins. Haha…you collect 79 Black GTI's!!!  

They are both very very nice. I will own another S1 GTI someday soon!!!
