Ronal turbo wheels

Looking to buy some ronal turbo wheels for my 87 cab gti. They are 7x15 et 28 4x100.
Company said I would have to do some frame work to fit. Anyone know what they mean. They a also said they are available in a offset of 37??

They go straight on, they're talking rubbish. 

Also I've never seen them in et37? Pretty sure they were always 28. 

If they do however come in 37 now… get them.
