Roll over jig

Hi, me and a friend are going to be tackling some repairs on his mk1 golf and he wants to get it onto a roll over jig before starting.  Does anyone have plans for one that we could use to make our own?  Ive done a search on here and messaged someone who has but not had any response.  Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Thanks for that I'd seen that thread and asked for copies of the drawings but not heard anything back. I can't make out the details of the pictures in the thread if anyone has any drawings.
