I have spent some time looking at the 1.8t conversion and the PD conversion.
There are some questions I have and hoped for some answers.
With the PD conversion is it possible to keep the AC Unit or will it foul the engine bay? Once converted have people manage to get the tax bracket reduced due to the new emissions?
As this would eventually be a daily driver I'm leaning towards the PD conversion and try and push for 200bhp eventually.
I have been getting quotes for the engine swap, it seems less places do the PD swap or have much experience doing it. If there's any suggestions on places I may have missed that offer the engine swap please let me know.
Thanks
