I was in Tenerife last week and this was parked outside our apartment most days

Its interesting to see the different styles/tastes abroad!

I saw a Mk1 golf junkyard in, I think Nicaragua.. It was in the outskirts of the capital and ment to go back passed with my camera..

Saw this MK1 when Ibiza last year it was in San Antonio, I saw the same car again when I went back in May of this year  
There is quite a few on the island.

Happened to be travelling today through Lower Austria.
On the East side of the country, not far from the borders of Hungary and Slovakia when I can across this beauty.







Had the chance to have a good look round and then realized it's mine! ops:

Sorry I just couldn't resist it.  
Maybe it's the hot weather getting to me, just finished polishing the car this morning (Photos are about 3 months old).
If anyone remembers one of my first posts titled "Which number plate would you choose", well there is the result of the 'Poll' that was made.

The headlamp is stuck up with tape because one of the clips broke as I parked the car up to take the photos.  

Just a bit of fun and when I see MK1's over here I'll post them up.
