I am looking for some advice on buying a early 1.6 MK1 GTI, this car has the round clocks, 46k miles, black, original paint. Not concours but very good condition, has original service books and some MOT certs, original log book.
Been off the road since 1994, now re-commissioned, engine rebuilt, new fuel pipes, new fuel tank, new suspension.
W reg.

With that mileage you cant really go wrong going off your description but you still need to check the usual areas for rust.
