Just a quick question. The pointed plastic tube in the pic below fits in to the hole in the side of the pump cradle. Does it point in or out? And what is it for?

points inwards, its just there to stop the foam coming out/rotating. if you look at the foam theres a matching dent in it the peg pokes into :)
