Warning sticker behind dash

Any idea why or does every Gti.got it 

Dont recall ever seeing one of those on any of mine,  surely nothing to do with a mk1 and someones idea of a joke..

Comedy sticker, Ebay's littered with them.

EMPI over on this side of the pond, used to sell a ton of aftermarket Beetle Parts They had all kinds of stuff.  I have never seen that sticker.  I do know that with the windows and top down at 95 MPH whilst passing a car, I just turned the Stereo up a wee bit.

Sticker looks old  doesn't look like cheap aftermarket sticker got reflective bits on it
I googled it just said classic vw performance parts
Im just going leave it on.

Just google EMPI Stickers, there are a ton of them.  I suspect this was for a Porsche powered Vanagon.
