vw garage specialist round east mids way

Easy peeps..  im looking for a vw specialist garage  round midlands way for an engine conversion. any help info would be great.

That's why I was asking location, Mits came to mind too

C&R Enterprises in Nottingham are very good. One of the owners is Steve Cresswell who used to be the "brain" in The Golf+ magazine. Not cheap as chips, but are very thorough and they do know their stuff.

I know of a garage that was recommended to me in nottingham, the guy 'Baz' carried out a headgasket repair and head rebuild for me and did a very good job…. only downside was that i got charged nearly £800 and at the time i had no idea how much of a rip off that was  either way, he knows his way around vw's and could do the work, whether or not he would over charge is a different matter! And i can fish out a number for you if you're interested?

JBS aren't too far away from the east mids,but be prepared to get bent over !
  There is also Midlands VW in cannock too who are quite good and reasonably priced for the work they do.
