VERY IMPORTANT if you have an outlook or hotmail email account

Microsoft in their infinite wisdom have implemented a new spam filter that rates the IP address of the sending domain - ie ours - vwgolfmk1.org.uk

The effect of this is that no emails to outlook.com or hotmail accounts are getting through :-(

WHAT I NEED YOU TO DO.
- Add vwgolfmk1.org.uk to your "Safe Senders List" in outlook webmail or the outlook email program.

I have tested this and email then gets through.

I am hoping that the more people that do this the better the Stupid Microsoft filter will get at not rejecting our email.

Yeah, mine too! I think it asked me if it was from a trusted sender the first mail I received then it remembers your setting! I'm with Hotmail!

I'll double check and add it to my other accounts as well

just done it to both my accounts

I notice it also asks in Outlook Express if you want to add the people you e-mail to onto the safe senders list by default by checking a box.

One of the main reasons your e-mails get caught is because they don't have a text only version of the message. I'm unsure why, but this loses massive points on the 'deliver-ability' scale for e-mail messages.

I use good ol yahoo.... never let us down
