Hi,

I have just joined as on the lookout for a mk1 GTI cab. Thought I'd post this too on the off chance it still exists. Not been on the road for a long time according to the dvla but a history search shows its not been written off or scrapped.

I owned this car in the late 90s, was a bit of a mess as although it was a 1600 it had a bodged 1800 engine. When I say bodged I mean copper pipe for water hoses and a manual switch for the fuel pump on the dash.
