Straight through centre pipe - too loud, or OK for a weekend warrior?
Has anyone stuck one of these Sportex exhuasts on their car?
Very good price for a "Sports" exhaust, though wondering what fit and quality is like and whether or not you feel it is too loud with a straight through centre section.

Years ago, I always wanted a Supersprint Group A race system with a straight through centre pipe and a nice upswept rear tailpipe.
They seem to have gone up in price somewhat at over £400 for the three pieces I would need. That isn't even stainless, it is mild steel!
Looking at the above as a cheap alternative for when mine goes back on the road. Car isn't exactly a daily. It has done a grand total of about 20 meters, not under it's own steam, in the past 5 years, so not too bothered about it lasting or if it is a little loud, but would like some comments from owners/users.

Thanks for the offer, Simon.
For the sake of £129, i'd rather buy a brand new item than fight with misshapen used joints!
