If you look on Classic VW's site they do a powder coated rear beam under their used items section - although it is out of stock at the moment. £90 which doesn't seem a bad price for a ready to go, refurbished item.
Alternative is to pick one up off eBay and get it powder coated yourself.

Ah ok cool il take a look. I have seen a couple on eBay but some of them don't have the compensator bracket? Can you buy them or do you just fabricate one up?
