As the the title says folks would like to see your 1.1's and 1.3's as I'm going to need some inspiration for the project I'm going to be taking on haha.
Cheers in advance :D

Thanks for the reply, wow goly is one seriously cool wee car, especially loving disc wheels and the colour, what's the name of the colour? as it doesn't look like one I've seen on a 5 door before.
Miss my old 5door now haha :)

Its Lhasa green, I've seen quite a few Mk1s this colour but like you say, not many 5 doors! Having said tgat though I think there are a lot less 5 doors in the world than there are 3 door Gti's!
What you driving?

Wow doesn't even look like Lhasa green but it's maybe the 5door body throwing me off haha, yep I'd definitely say there are less 5doors out there especially of the model I had as my first car, roughly between 55-60 gx1.5's left according to the dvla.
Well at this moment in time I drive a 2013 skoda Fabia Monte Carlo in black, looks super stealthy with it being black with black wheels and blacked out lights,it's also fairly nippy considering it's only 1.2 but has a turbo on it so it's good fun.as soon as I get the money together though I'll be going to pick up my new project which is a s2 1.3 3dr rollingish shell (needs a rear axle),it's a totally blank canvas as there's no interior at all and it's got the dreaded tin worm too but I'm looking forward to getting it and getting started :D .
Regretted selling my gx since I done it so it was guaranteed that I'd end up with another mk1

We'll make sure you get a build thread sorted and I would strongly recommend becoming a paid member because the amount of money I have saved on parts is now hundreds of pounds!
