how do you opt out of receiving emails from the club?

Hi,as the title says,I've 17300 emails in my inbox!! I've never really used emails before,but due to work,I now need to start using them but I'm over run with notifications from the club,I'm useless with this sort of thing so if any of the mods can turn them off for me I'd be extremely grateful

You will see lots if boxes I have only a few ticked, and I don't get any emails about anything.

Not sure if there is anything else you need to do.

I've switched off all notifications on your account, if you wish to receive any in the future just edit your profile as Richard has said and tick the boxes you require.
