Hola Amigos! - The roof went down!

Post

Hello again,

Today the golf went in to have the mixture sorted so she's running like a spritely little rabbit at the minute! Besides 2 coolant leaks……….manageable minor details……ha.

The sun made an appearence once i drove her back so i pulled the roof down (manually, relay missing).
Of course after 10 minutes the sky went black so i thought i'd best get it back up before the heavens opened….still waiting!!!!!! Though i did take some pictures to document the first time i've seen my car with the top off since i've had it.
Forgive the winter dirt, i have had no time to spick the hussy up to a reasonable standard but i'm still chuffed with it !!!

Blimey, if you call that winter dirt my cabby must feel really unloved, yours looks lovely!

Good to see the roof down Anna - toyed with the idea myself as I was heading over to Edinburgh this afternoon.

'Toyed with the idea' was as far as I got - got into the garage and it was freezing, roof stayed up and the heater was on.

Roof Down and more jumpers!!! As soon as the rain has stopped and the skies are blue it will be done, no matter how cold!!! I owe it to the car to break as many necks as possible with this little beauty!!
As do you i imagine!!!!
