Bumper brackets

Came across these Dansk ( jp group ) bumper brackets part number 1184151700.
Fit mk1 with plastic bumper NOT metal annoyingly as that’s what I was looking for.
Should be available through Euro Car Parts as they are the main UK Dansk agent. Have looked on line and they sell the bumper but brackets aren’t listed, a phone call and a chat should do the trick though.
Just thought I’d put this out there just encase someone could save a few pennies.

I've chopped and shaped the plastic bumper brackets to make them work for my polo bumpers.

I was too tight to buy metal bumper brackets only to go and shorten them and I got them for free!

Surely with your skills you could just knock some up in about 3 seconds? You being lazy jamie8v   :P

Sounds like a personal problem.
Scheduling.

7 days a week,
work 8hr
commute 2hr
sleep 4hr
family interaction .5hr
eating .5hr

So that leaves 9 hours a day to play 7 days a week on your car…..it's all in the Scheduling……

:)

What do Divorces, Great Coffee, and Car Electrics all have in common?

They all start with GOOD Grounds.

Where are my DIY Links?

Always the way mate.

Mynx is a custom so she'll never be 'finished'. Working on the front polo bumper at the moment, plus I need to finish a couple of bits of interiro trim and re-tune the amps as the speakers are beginning to bed in.
Oh and fix and earth problem so my alarm will set properly. Oh and a new carb manifold needs making.
Plus new wheels. etc etc
so yep she's finished!

Lol,

So you're thinking new wheels? Anything in mind ? Had this tiny tyre forced on this rim earlier today 185/35/17 on a 7.5x17 rim should solve a few issues hopefully ?
Oh and couldn't help but assemble some shiny things

Dunno if those tiny tyres will solve anything, might just make your back hurt!

Nice looking wheels.

We all like shiny things!
