'89 MK1 front seats
I have an '89 MK1 Golf cabriolet that needs front bolster and seat "refoaming", the upholstery is ripped too. So 2 questions:
Thanks
Andy
- Do you know of a "refoamer" in the south west ?
- Do you know where I can get matching grey check upholstery? (see attached pic)
Thanks

VWheritage, or was it Werks34 sells the bolsters, they are pricey and they are not all in one, but the sides are separate from the bottom and the top. A decent Auto Upholstery shop can probably make new ones.
There was a place I have forgotten the link it may well be Werk34 that sold repro or NOS material.
In the Archive section under how-to's I have some DIY on repairing Bolsters that is removing the Seat covers and repair.

What do Divorces, Great Coffee, and Car Electrics all have in common?
They all start with GOOD Grounds.
