hello all!i have recently bought a 1982 1600 gti and was wondering who is the best for insurance!i have a couple of classic fords at the moment and use footman and james ,but can anyone recomend an insurer for the golf?

I can't really help you much because I'm in Austria.
But if you become a paid member of our club you'll be able to get discount from all these preferred suppliers and much, much more!  :thumbs:

I can't fault Carole Nash, very straightforward to deal with and price competitive.

I've been with Adrian Flux for years, they sometimes get a bad rep, but i've never had a problem with them.

Mines insured with engine conversion and all mods.

I use Adrian Flux. I'm 44 with 16 years no claims and it cost me £196 fully comp. I've been with them for 4 years and have never had any complaints.
