Banjo washer fuel pump

Little help please

What size are the washers for the k-jet fuel pump outlet (1980  GTI).

I need a couple of new ones before I refit the pump.

Also copper or fibre? Which do you see working best

For once I shall put this thing back to together just once, leak free and hassle free - if only.

Also if you know the best place to get them happily take it. Hoping I can just pick them up from euro car parts tomorrow and get the job done.

Thanks
Craig

Well all fitted yesterday. Couldn’t get washers locally so heated them up on the hob and they sealed up a treat.

Thanks for all the help.

That works, I used to sandy mine to remove any burrs on my Diesel, then placed over a butane lighter for them to change from shiny to dull as it re-annules the metal. I think I only bought one set of washer for my banjo's on my diesel after 15 years….

What do Divorces, Great Coffee, and Car Electrics all have in common?

They all start with GOOD Grounds.
