I have stands set up in the garage still and could put it back on the air. Would I regret this?hmmmm.
Could I go from rock solid to soft and bendy in one leap.
Thoughts and general views welcome

I love pushing it through roundabouts and voters…
Pushing it through Voters…….. That would tend to get you arrested here, and impeding an election….lolololololol
Stock or OEM is easier on the older bodies……
What do Divorces, Great Coffee, and Car Electrics all have in common?
They all start with GOOD Grounds.
Where are my DIY Links?

About 35 mm is the lowest you want to go as the front wishbones start to bend upwards a lot after that sort of drop.
Nice set up if you still want to a slightly lowered look but a comfortable ride and good road holding, also comes with shorter bumps stops as you can't use the standard ones if you lower the car.

That way you've got, ride height you want vs ride you deserve.

The mk1 now rides like my 2017 Passat Estate.
Not ridiculous amounts of money. Vogtland make the springs and allegedly the shocks are by KW. I'd guess Vogtland make the springs for KW's coilovers………
