Anyone know a good garage to take my mk1 clipper ? In the northwest

Hi guy need some help to find a good garage in the northwest that now a 1.8 ex engine well as is missing sometimes checked the carb and new dizzy plugs and Rota arm and leads but still now joy have taken it to a few mates that have garages but they not much help I tested the compression and is all good no leaks just don't now where to go from here I have a few vdubs and this one has to be the most awkward one to get running right any help would be grateful
