Found an old photo album today 

In it we're these pics.

I bought it for £35 off a mates ex girlfriend who'd just chucked him

She said it didn't run so bought it as mot failure and non- runner

Failed mot on brake pipes - easy fix and  distributor problem.

Well I reckon it was around 1991 or 1992 as an educated guess

Them were the days - I saved it from being scrapped as I recall hence the £35 price tag she let me have it for.

Oh well - different times 😩

Gave away my 78 Series 1 LHD to a mate back in the 1990s! . it was tatty but had all the right bits, perfect seats  wolfsburg wheel and alloys :'(
