VW Mk1 Golf 1.8 Karmann Clipper 85K 12 Months Mot

Hi there the time has come to pass on the baton & give someone the chance to enjoy one of the nicest cabriolets ever made.

I have had this car for 7 yrs & acquired it on the 5th May 2005 and in that time it has covered just over 4000 miles due to the fact that i would only bring it out of the garage (the garage is bone dry & the car was covered) when the sun would shine which as we all know in this country doesn't happen very often.

The car has a full service history and has covered a genuine 85376K. It has a 12 month MOT & the tax is up at the end of the month but willing to put 6 months on the car.

It had a full re-spray on the 2nd Aug 2004 & a brand new hood put on it on the 30th Aug 2004. It also has 15 Inch Alloys with 4 new tyres.

I had to recently have the gearbox reconditioned due to the syncromesh in second gear crunching when selecting second & fitted a new Sachs clutch at the same time as advised by the garage. I have also recently changed the door locks on the car to VW genuine parts & had to put a new battery on it.

I have every part of service history as evidence to prove all work done and even comes with the original leather hood cover in grey.
