SOLD!

Hi all, I've decided to sell my MK1 as I'm looking for something with a little more power. The cars  soild and in very original condition, bit of a timewarp! It will come on the original steels with all 4 centercaps and 4 very good tyres. It needs some welding done but for someone with fabrication skills this wouldnt be too difficult. I'm the 3rd owner and was owned by a chap in Redditch up until recently and very well looked after. The 2nd owner had it for just a few months and then I bought it The MOT is up soon but passed the last one with no advisories. If it doesn't sell, I will relist with a fresh MOT but I've seen a car which takes my fancy. More details below.

Paperwork: A service book with around 30 stamps from new until around 98k, a few MOT certs, Formel E brochure, lots of reciepts from parts I've bought/work done.

MOT: Until August 2012

Tax: 6 months

Good points:

- Solid floorpan, arches and boot pan.
- No rust in bay. Only minor rust under the long scuttle seal but none inside the scuttle tray itself.
- Very clean interior, seats and carpet are in lovely condition, doorcards are all perfect with NO holes from speakers. Parcel shelf is
   uncut and in perfect condition.
- Paintwork is very good and polishes up a treat but theres obviously the usual marks and a few small dings.
- Sits on hot tuning coilovers and the original steels w/ very good tyres + all centercaps
- Dellorto carb and K&N air filter
- New alternator, fuel pump and filters, plugs, dizzy, rotor arm and HT leads.

Bad points:

- Needs the area around the petrol cap welded (I have a replacement panel for this).
- Needs a small patch at the base of the windscreen welded up as its letting water in. Hence the carpets have been removed and have been in dry storage since.
- Needs a new passenger side rear seatbelt as the last one locked up.
