 HELLO THERE I AM SELLING MY GOLF BECAUSE I WAS UNAWARE OF THE INSURANCE COST AS I AM ONLY 17 AND CANT AFFORD IT.


Here we have a classic car in need of some tender loving care. It started as a small project to restore it until i was made aware of the insurance cost.

It has already had quite alot of work done to it and is close to getting through an MOT. but as I am still at college and have exams coming i have no time finish her off .

Firstly it has an 1982 1.8 GTI engine.

The car has done 154k.

The car has a full Stainless Steel exhaust system front to back.

It has brand new spax lowering springs and shocks.

All original interior Needs some TLC because there are some rips in the seats and is a bit dirty. It comes with some custom purple shagpile door cards and parcel shelf. It also needs a new headlining.

It has had a semi service with new spark plugs, oil, and air filter.

The car has hole in the drivers side inner wing which is an easy fix for some one who knows what there doing.

It has had a ?2500 repspray but that hasn't been recorded on dvla records. It has some slight bubbling and 2 10p size cracks to the rear quarter and 1 10 cm size one. It has cracked because of some bodyfiller that was there and there is some flaking near one of the arches. Easy Patch for some one who knows what they are doing.

Its comes with 17'' alloys 5 spokes possible new tyres.

Like all MK1s it needs the gear linkage sorting out and i have a spare kit. easy fix for some one who knows what they are doing.

The car has front and rear discs brakes. Uprated from drums on the rear.
I think it has braided lines not sure.

The car has a mk2 grill but comes with a mk1 grill with fogs.

The car comes with alot of spares alot to list.

Over all the cars needs some TLC and has alot of uprated parts like full stainless steel exhaust system front and rear disc brakes new spax shocks and spring 17'' alloy wheels ?2500 paint job and a small service.
