SOLD#79 Series1 GTI 16v. ?1500

After debating for months wether to sell or not, ive decided to sell my mk1. I never get the chance to work on it and hope somebody can finish it off.
Its a 1979 Series 1 Golf GTi in mars red.
1.8 16v engine and gearbox.
Avo coilovers.
14" Pirelli p-slots.
Scorpion stainless steel exhaust.(needs patching)
Ashley 4 branch 16V conversion exhaust manifold .
Original early dashboard, clocks and centre console.
Original early Wolfsburg 3 spoke GTi  steering wheel.
Original bumpers and front grill/spot lights.
Original door cards
Small chin spoiler.
No seats.
Good quality after market sunroof.
Loads of spares, not just series 1 spares. (16v ecu's, looms and Campain A pillar trims, loads of GTi seat material, foams and seat frames, plus more)
The car is a non runner, but has loads of potential.
It needs new fuel lines and a battery (i'll supply both) and the wiring loom fitting and the injection system fitting in place.
All the major work has been done.
Its had a respray around 4 years ago but has been stood since.
There is a couple of places where the paint has come away but nothing
major.

The car is totally solid and would not take alot of work to finish, but im just not gunna get the time to do so.

Im looking for ?1500 which i think is a reasonable price and as you know the series 1 gti's are hard to come by now.

New fuel lines fitted!
Stainless steel exhaust now repaired.
Re-fitting the injection system this weekend and hopefully fitting the engine bay wiring loom.
