This is not mine, But I thought I'd share it with you guys!!  I was going to see it, with the intention of having it as my daily, but I've decided to keep my MK2 polo squareback .

Spoke to the chap and think he wants around ?800-900 region for it. He's listed it as a 79, But it is a 80 by a couple of days (Registered Jan 80). He sent me some extra photo's and there are area's that have a little bit of surface rust, but they don't look like anything major at all.

The Chap e-mailed me the following "The MOT is until 27th Feb 2008 and its had 7 owners, from what I understand from the previous keeper I bought it from, 3 were in the same family, the chap I bought it off had it 4 yrs, I?ve got 8 old MOT's and various old receipts forgot to mention it drives absolutely spot on, its had a new filler neck and discs an pads and the Webber conversion since I?ve had it along with a service"

Was sorely tempted, but just bought me a little polo as my daily and it's spot on . Also just picked up a nice T25 westy today, so a MK1 will have to wait a while.
