mk1 r32 abandoned project

too much to do, not enough time to do it!!
what could be an amazing project to the right person, what i had envisioned to be a 300bhp/700kg pocket rocket
basically what i've got is a solid mk1 gti, few bits of rust here and there, it was taxed and moted when i acquired it
the engine bay is mid prepped, scuttle removed, battery tray and drivers side engine mount removed
i've stripped a vr6 block to the bare bones to use as a mock up to fabricate the drivers side rear engine mount, with a vr6 box mounted using 02a custom mounts it should go in quite easily with a slight mod to the sump.
the r32 motor is stripped of all ancillaries as i was going to run hayabusa throttle bodies and dta management, all parts are still present, the motor has around 60k miles, i have the r32 loom and the mk1 loom
interior was going to be fully stripped, the only parts i have for that so far is a floor mounted pedal box with brake bias and clutch master cylinders
its currently rolling on 8x16 compomotive th mono's with 195/40 falkens all round, coilovers, vr6 calipers and g60 discs
probably other bits too i've forgotten!
