Condition: Good generally, new roof, few rusty marks but nothing bad.
Service history: No history with the car when I got it, serviced myself since.

Description:

I bought the car in November '09. It was generally in good condition but needed some attention. Since I've owned it I have done the following work to it (well my brother has who's a VW enthusiast!):

- Wheel bearings
- Wishbones inc bushes
- Track rod ends
- ARB bushes
- Front to rear brake lines
- Fully serviced
- Clutch cable
- New tailgate
- New white roof
- VDO gauges (not wired up yet though just in place)
- Tarantula wheels (need refurbing really)

Bad Points:

- Few rusty patches but only surface, nothing serious.
- Needs a new rear silencer as it's a bit loud/rattly so presume the baffles are bit past it.
- Ripped bolster on the drivers seat. The seats need a bit of a clean as the previous roof leaked believe it or not!

Other than that it's a good car, just needs tax and a few little niggly bits and it will be a good car for someone, obviously it's not concours condition but for it's age it's tidy!
