Mk1 GTi 1.8

Regretfully having to sell my mars red mk1 gti. It's an 1982 with 103k but has recon engine which I put in at around 100k. Oil was changed two weeks ago and has done 100 miles if your lucky.
The car is 100% solid all over due to being rebuilt by the previous owner in 2004/05 but now has some small bits of rust at bottom osr window which I've now touched up. There is a couple of dents on the roof and one on the bonnet which i think were caused by kids but I'm really not sure.
I have a folder of reciepts which shows everything that has been done and if my memory serves me correctly i think they go back to around 1995.
Since owning the car which has been nearly two years I've fitted Supersport coilovers, 15" RA's from sportline cabby which are shod in 195 45 15 Toyo T1 R's, Tarox discs and Pagid pads, Stainless backbox, K&N in drilled box, new small one peice front spoiler, 3 dial kit but only oil temp is wired in. Probably more but thats all I can think of just now.

Included in the sail are the original wheels with tyres, original shocks with new inserts and 20mm lowering springs, original backbox. about three other grilles single and twins with extra spot lights and head lights. There is also another inlet manifold, oil cooler and various other bits that i'm not sure about cos it's all in my mates garage.

Looks nice.
It's a little on the high side for my budget, but where are you based?
If you are close to me I could be very tempted.
Cheers

Is that the one that sits along from Campie School?

If so, nice car dude.  I've seen it a few times now around town.

Good luck with the sale  :y:
