mk1 golf for sale

for sale is my UNFINISHED mk1 golf project. i brought it at the beggining of the summer as a resto project. but thing's change and now im moving to london due to persanal reasons. car is as follows.

1983 1.8gti, resprayed in dark blue.
around 150k miles i think.
no tax or mot, or service history im afraid.
should be sorn, but havent had the documents through yet.
im based in devon/dorset. nr axminster and lyme regis.
and im looking for 1500 for it, if i don't get any interest within the week ill be putting it on ebay.

the rear half of the car is pretty much done, all welding done, completly undersealed (stripped right out, petrol tank and all). with new bushes in the rear axle. the car runs (when i put inlet manifold back on!) but the whole of the interior has been taken out, but everything is there to make a complete car. iv even spent loads of money on parts in preperation to have the car finished.

bad points as follows, usual amount of rust were they usually do (remember rear is done, rust removed and welded) iv brought a new drivers side seal with the intention of doin it, but i haven't the time. there is also a patch of rust that need doing in the foot well.

think thats about it, don't really want to sell but i don't know when ill be back so would rather it went to a good home. please PLEASE no time wasters, this is a lovely car, with a little tlc it'll be worth some serious money!
