mk1 golf 16v g60 project

Hey people, here we have my mk1 16v g60 project.

I have been thinking long and hard about selling this.

i will start with the engine.

g60 bottom end, removed with 76k on the clock

16v kr head with the  bigger air intake ports, which  has been fully refurb, everything is new.

The charger is a stage 4, which has only done just over 2k.

custom inatke manifold, which i had desgied and made in germany.

Pully kit design for this engine from germany

lighten crank pully

new injectors

custom fuel rail

new water pump

new oil pump

custom water unions

lighten flywheel

new pressure plate and clutch

2 x 2y close ratio 16v gearboxs, (1 spare one)

reinforced driveshafts with 100mm cv joints, all brand new

kv85 competition leads

NGK spark plugs

new cam belt and tensioner

prob more but al the mo that is all i can think of.

Now the car…

Tin top, non sunroof model

year is 1982 once it was a GTI

it has BBS alloys 15" with yoko all seasons tyres on them, all 4 are brand new

big brake upgrade 280mm black diamond disc and green stuff pads

4 new wheel bearings

new rear shoes and cyclinders

polybushes fitted through out

new wishbones

3 strut braces, front upper and lower and rear

any welding that needed doing was done on the underside and wax oiled

the engine bay has been sprayed ready for the engine.

i have had the windscreen out and the rust holes welded up ans sprayed
a new clutch plated welded in

scuttle panel removed

uprated brake servo and master

new steering rack boot

the loom has not been cut or butchered

the g60 loom i have i sent it away to be modd to allow a plug and play

fibre glass bonnet and wings, both made from orignal VAG so they fit like a glove

interior

mint seats, no rips at all
wolfburgs steering wheel
6 gauges
i have removed the rear seats and laid carbon fibre, on the rear panel, floor panel, and sides.
i still have the old seats which are also mint, so you could put them back in if you wanted

it has been dry stored all this time

i have mountians of spares which will also go with it

i prob have missed so much, i will add as i remember things
