 Description: For sale is my mk1 VW Golf clipper Karmann Cabriolet. Black 1.8 97000 miles Automatic MOT until October 2010 Tax til June 2010 Electric hood (new 2001) alloy wheels interior is in great condition with no rips or damage bodywork also great condition - NO RUST only general wear for age of car. sony cd player Recently serviced, changing spark plugs, HT leads, Distributor cap, Rotor arm, Air filter, I have Lots of recipts. 4 Brand new pirelli tyres fitted on 14.10.09 (and come with 1 year central tyres garage warranty)

There is nothing major wrong with the car that I know of, only the choke as I have mentioned above. Please bare in mind that she is an old girl and like most old cars runs great when she has warmed up and is my daily drive. the choke is a common problem with the early golfs. Most get change to a manual choke, The car is my daily drive and hasn't let me down yet. Because of the age of he car and the choke it can sometimes take a couple of turns to get yer going in the morning but when she's warm she runs lovely. Its recently been serviced and has brand new pirellis all round. Obviously the golf is nearly 20 years old so isn't in mint condition but, for her age she is in good nick. Bodywork is very good. Interior is good, the drivers seat shows general wear but not ripped or got any burns in it. It's just a bit sad looking on the right bolster of the drivers seat from people geting in and out over the years. The back seat isn't bolted down. I don't know why, it was like It When I bought it and just never got round to putting bolts in. It just needs two bots which isn't a biggy. The roof was new in 2001 but is starting to show a bit of wear on the inside but is still in great nick! It is also electric. AND WORKS! The dash vinyl has peeled away slightly over the air vent holes and just needs to be glued back down. It has an immobiliser which is working. But no alarm. It now has just under 98000 miles

It has had he air con taken out but the vents and switches still remain. overall it is a great car! selling due to my husband having a van for work now and I will drive his car.
