Settling In
I bought the caddy from my uncle the end of 2011 after years of badgering him for it he had owned it for 6 years and before him it was owned by a friend of his.
It has been well looked after over the years, my uncle and his friend mainly used it for checking on combine crews and daily duties. Before i bought it had a truckman top on it from new and ply boarded.
Since i have had it has changed quite a lot
First the mods:
Raceland coilovers
Axle flip with 1.5 inch blocks and koni red adjustable shocks
Jbw wheels only a few months old 15x7 on the front and 15x8 at the rear plenty of tread on the tyres
Custom pin up girl dash
Corrado seats and steering wheel
Load cover
Chrome front bumper and custom rear bumpers.
The engine is a standard 1.6d with 72k on the clock it had 61k on it when i bought it
Body work is in really good condition just a few bits rust nothing major though mainly on the wings ( i have a spare set that i will include as i was planning to put these on anyway) the best bit about the body is the bed this is in really good condition. Tailgate is very straight on the inside but has two dents on the outside down to my auntie reversing it into her car.
MOT till jan 2014
TAX till june 2013
This is a very solid caddy that could be a show car with a little effort
Im after £2700 on the jbw wheels or £3000 on my revolution split rims
Located in wilden just outside of bedford
Im also interested in part ex with something more suited to being a daily and long journeys so mk4 golfs, audis or a t4 etc etc
Heres my build thread for the caddy
