The good
I bought the caddy around this time last year and since then have spent a lot of time and money getting it up to standard. Any rust found has been cut out and plated or replacement part fitted before the respray which was done in September 2010.  Any welding done has been treated with Shultz and seam sealer. The sills have been taken to bare metal to treat any rust and sprayed with stone chip.  Underneath the car is solid and no rust on any parts as these were all painted whilst the work was undertaken.  Whilst checking the underside I fitted new Copper brake lines to rear including rear flexi brake pipe and copper lines to the drum. Just last week I have rebuilt the webber carb with a full overhaul kit including base plate gasket.  It had a new battery last summer. The front of the tailgate is straight however the back has a few dents from previous owners.   Started fine all winter and hasn't let me down once.

The bad
As with any old car there are bad bits but I have tried to check them off the list through my ownership of the car. Horn on the steering wheel doesn't work but there is a button on the dash so still has horn and it will pass MOT with this. The wheels have a few curb marks and flaking a little2 tyres haven't much tread left. The bed has a few dints here and there and a couple of patches where I have cut the rust out and plated but still very solid. The engine bay has had the white blown into the sides so that previous colour couldn't be seen through gaps in the bonnet; however the engine wasn't out for the respray so some of the engine bay is still previous colour.  Small bolster wear to driver's seat and roof lining is a little rough at rear. Head unit is pink.

I have a few old mot certificates and tax disks along with £100's of pounds worth of receipts.
I have a receipt from previous owner for a clutch dated 10/01/2009.

Any questions please ask; phones calls at sensible time.
