My G60 powered Mk1 built by renowned Veedub fruitloop Neil Wood (apologies if you read this Neil but you are barking mad!)

Speclist (This might take a while and no doubt I'll miss something!)

G60 engine from a Corrado fully rebuilt before installation approx 5 years ago Charger also rebuilt at this time.
Charger running 68mm pulley and ecu running Jabbasport chip.
4+E gearbox that Neil swears by for its strength.
Massive Forge intercooler - and I mean massive - don't know how the hell he got it in.
Sachs fast road clutch with brandnew Wilwood hydraulic clutch conversion 'cos I was sick of snapping cables!
Golf Rallye front shocks and springs ride height standard all round!
Mk1 GTi cabby front antirollbar.
256mm 16v front calipers/master cylinder with 280mm G60 discs and greenstuff G40 pads - stops on its nose - and it needs to!
Custom stainless steel exhaust manifold - can't remember who by but if it comes to me I'll edit - into custom side exit, single box, straight through stainless steel exhaust -virtually brandnew.
Debadged single light grill and gti duckbill front spolier.
BBS RA 15's or OZ Polaris 15's
Vauxhall Recaro seats custom fit - everything works as it should - material a bit thin places but in very good nick.
Oil temp/pressure/voltmeter dials in centre console.
Equus rev counter mounted on dash
Original diesel dash otherwise! - speedo doesn't read high enough obviously
rather bizarely a chunk of genuine Mclaren Mercedes SLR(!) carpet in both footwells but will supply with a very tidy mk2 scirocco carpet.
G60 steering wheel.
Bed lining in from brandnew and quality bedcover also comes with it.
Never been welded and doesn't need any - every panel is original but bodywork wise it had a whack on the back corner before xmas 2010 - fixed to a very high standard but obviously the paint is a bit shinier on that side!
The line of rust on the back of the roof is from where the truckman top was fitted but it was removed about 8 years ago and is only surface and has not gone through anywhere in 8 years!
Likewise the rust on the edge of the side panel is from the cover rubbing and has not got any worse in 8 years.
1 very small dent in the front wing and plenty of stonechips everywhere for obvious reasons.
N/S door has a dent where somebody kicked it but it should push out and hasn't broken the paint.
Kendo GRP tailgate - not painted - handle aperture filled and bonnet pins to hold shut.
145k on the clock but speedo cable is knackered -will come with 2 replacements that require fitting.
3 owners from new!
The service book is full of VW stamps!
The 3 owners are me,Neil, and an engineering firm on the southcoast and it never left the industrial estate in their hands!
Tinted slider.
Sport Rear bumper.
Cambelt/charger belt changed at Awesome GTi last April.
I know this is a massive advert but the car deserves one in my opinion.
Neil has had cars featured in several magazines and was working for Mclaren and Jason Plato's Renault team freelance when I bought this from him - he now works for Tesla and his work is unbelievable.
Had this up 12 months ago and changed my mind but after 2 1/2 years I fancy a bit of comfort.I'm 99% certain that I'll be contacting the new owner within weeks trying to buy it back but for the time being I have bought myself an Audi S2 Avant today so it has to go.
I'm in no rush to sell and won't give it away - the engineering in this truck is second to none and is the only vehicle I have ever had, including my Integrale, that I will genuinely miss.

price is £2250 and with the way prices are going that is a bargain.

which reflects the engineering in the car - drop it and paint it and you will have one of the best in the country or drive it as it is and terrify people - probably yourself mainly!
On a 'private road' I have had it a good 2 inches off the end of the 120mph clocks and it is obviously a 'challenge' to get the power down, the phrase torque steer was invented for it but you can't help but smile. It should also be said that it is louder than Thor aswell.
