MK1 83 CL for sale

Hi, up for sale is my 83 mk1 golf. I brought this car off my ex mrs  in December, but now I want to sell it on as I have a major aircooled itch I need to scratch!!

The car is a 5 door 1.3 CL model, runs very very well apart from the distributor makes a noise like a cricket?! Its very solid with hardly any rust on it. The only rust I can find is on the front bottom of the doors which isnt too severe and the pasenger side rear arch is starting to bubble a bit. Interior is all original drivers seat looks a little tired yet fine. headlining is in superb condion with no staining. The car is going in for its MOT tomorrow which it will pass easy (it always does with no advisorys) so it will have 12 months ticket and I think the tax is due in may.

The car has been lowered with springs by 50mm and, and is sitting on audi alloys painted black. There is also a de badged grille and X-hair lamps. There is a stereo fitted but I shall be removing this and not be included in the sale. Unfourtunatly the parcel shelf has been cut for 6X9 speakers

For 27 years old this is a very solid MK1, Ive known the vehicle for around 3-4 years and it never misses a beat. The odometer reads 79k and is genuine mileage there is also a full service history and original handbook with some recipts.
