Mk1 3 door non sunroof VERY GOOD SHELL!

I bought this shell about two years ago and stripped it back to bare metal inside and out as it was to be a track project.

I barely started work on this when I got hold of a Mk2 16v track car for peanuts, but kept this under cover as it's so good, but now I have realised I wont do anything with it anytime soon and want it to go to a good home before it deteriorates.

Some of you may have seen it in Golf+ as it was in my project collumn for a few months.

Shell is complete, all panels, most of glass (except a quater pane) but missing top of the front panel, will just need a new top section (headlights and grille).

Was originally a 1.1 C so lacks the anti roll bars etc, but does come with brakes, suspension, axles etc, all that was removed was the interior (shot) engine, gearbox.

It does roll freely and I will be available to help load onto a trailer.

THIS SHELL IS UTTERLY SOLID AND HAS NEVER BEEN WELDED, I LOOKED FOR A WHILE AND COULD'NT FIND ANY THIS GOOD!

Was stored in a barn, then a resotrers' workshop and has been kept dry ever since. Only rust on it is VERY little surface deposits and will just come off with hand sanding.
Will need a new windscreen as there is a crack in the one included.
