well were to begin ah,in 1997 at gti inter me and two mates went up to see the show and had abit of dosh in our pockets as u do……!!!

well there in the for sale area was this little jem …
so we all put our hands in our pockets and got it ….

soon after we put an mk2 16v engin in it ……………
turning it into the pocket rocket ……………….as we all know as the mk1 16v
being my mate payed more he had the v5 in his name and lefted it in my shed until one day i payed him off and chaged it to me ,,all mine
anyhow …spec     16v engin 16v box and all that needed to run it
                           new up rated clutch and flywheel
                           new brake pads all round ,disc on the back too
                           new s.s exshaut 4into 1 manifold
                           new coilovers fq ones or fx sometings like that
                           high adjustble ones ok
                           new cross hair smoked headlights and single grill
                           thats all the new bits

the car runs pure sweet
out side A1 inside 80 %
driver seat wear and tire
oil light flashes all the time, but got loads of oil in it and never had to top it up ….could take the bulb out ha ha
heater works good ..fan is on or off ….thats off or full power .. :roll:
