This is a Classis MK 1 Golf GTi in PERFECT condition. The car originates from South Africa where it was bought brand new by the previous owner in 1983 (The period in which the only built the 1.8 GTi's for 3 Months) He then bought the car to England when he moved here on 17/07/1986. The car has always been kept dry stored (never even seen rain) and only covered a genuine 36850 Km or 22900 Miles. You can really tell it has been looked after properly it has to be seen to be believed. The Mk 1's are getting increasingly rare now and there will never be another one like this.

I have all MOT's and Tax disks for previous years as well as a FULL SERVICE HISTORY! The car has been maintained and serviced every year without fail even though it has covered less then 1000 miles per year! The cambelt has been changed in the last 4 weeks along with a service.

Just to alliterate how careful this car has been used the tires on the vehicle are the original one put on at the factory and they still have a huge amount of tread left on them. I even have a complete fuel log of every time the car has had fuel put in it including the mileage cost and amount etc.

This car has not been changed or modified in any way!

This is a Classic and in all likelihood there will never be a more original MK 1 golf ever. I will be open to sensible offers, and please feel free to ask any questions
