Looking at selling the Golf soon and it will be very sad as i had many fun times with Raus the Golf. This Golf was made in Australia in an Australian only colour by VW Australia called Citrus Red.

Where did you used to get it serviced? I used to live in Oz and had a lovely silver Mk2 GTI. I used to go to see Mark near Manly - can't remember hir surname. Top bloke and just wish I could find someone like him here in the UK - maybe I could ship him over here!

Remeber he had a lovely Black Mk1 in the garage with number plate "UK GTI". He also had the only Corrado in Oz as they were never sold there…but I'm going off topic now!!
