Feeler - For Swaps - Mk1 Cab 1990

Alright Guys,

I'm putting a feeler out for swaps for my Mk1 Cab 1.8 Carb 1990.  Its got circa 4 months MOT & tax.  It sailed through the last MOT no probs.

I've owned it since Feb 08, I've had no problems with it.  I've got a long list of things I've had improved on over the last 16months.  I can provide details to interest parties if required.

Its an auto hood, as expected for its year, which has one tear but no leaks in it, car is nice a dry inside (one thing I checked for when I got it) and its been parked up in my garage for the last 6 months over the winter time.  It has been resprayed in its original colour by a previous owner and also undersealed by the looks of things.

Its as standard as they come obviously, it did have some random alloys on when I first got it, but they were got rid of quite early on for the RA's that you see in the pictures.

Its got a good history with it, usual folder of receipts, orignal VW log books etc and roof hood cover also.

The only things needing done now is to fix the drivers seat, usual bolster wear and a new battery for the Clifford Alarm siren.

I am playing a lot of golf these days and need something with a boot to hold the clubs so I'd prefer to go back to a tin top.  I'd rather swap because I cant be without a car for any period of time.  The cab is a second car but it does come in handy at weekends.  I'm open to all Mk1 offers, petrol and manual to a similar standard as this. I'd value this at around ?1400 ono give or take, it has 199k miles on the clock and still going strong for that, reliable and quick as you'd expect.
