Offering my '90 Cabby Clipper up for sale. Built by Unitsixteen of Newton Aycliffe.. well known in the VAG scene for custom bodywork etc https://www.facebook.com/UnitSixteenAutomotive/photos_stream..
She is a 95% complete project well on the way to being a show winner, I've had her on the road from last summer until about november when I was due to finnish her off but havent had the time or
space since moving into a new house . Reason for selling is just that really.. as many projects get passed on with lack of space and time .

She has a smoothed front bumper and boot and is finnished in Ford Colorado Red that polishes up incredibly. Also comes with Two sets of Leather interior, Red with red piping and Black with red piping, one of the bases
has been swapped from one of the sets, drivers I do believe. My plan was to retrim the black set in Tan and replace the current red carpets with black. The hood has unfortunatley seen better days but
most of you reading this will know you can get a New Mohair hood& Headlining fitted for £300ish or just the hood ordered from ebay for £190ish. The current one is the original, was Red but got dyed black.

Engine is original and has no knocks or noises, pulls well though runs a little rich as the filters need changing and whoever has owned her previously,, instead of changing filters has just kept increasing the
mixture on the kjet.. :\. So that will need renewing/retuning. My plan was to go back to carbs..

Wheels are Fully Polished Audi A8 Winters.. 16x7 with a fresh set of nangkang 165/45/16s if my memory serves me. Suspension setup is full Rayvern Airride, front and rear independent.
Smaller bottle works well, bags are comfy on the road and can go higher that some setups as well as low enough to sit the splitter on the floor. Rear wheels are spaced out so the rear arch rests perfectly
on the tyre wall.. proper fitment two pressure gauges in the dash are accurate for running around 3 psi.. Bottle, Switches and Softlines are currently loose in the boot ready for a full boot install.
My plan was to remove mech hood mechanism and box out the boot with the bottle in the spare wheel well.. but it's all down to preference.

Comes with a rare Grant/Porsche wooden wheel with custom boss and adpaters that has never been fitted.. brand new. Also a load of general fixtures and fittings from my last couple of mk1s.
