 Description:
?F? reg 1988 VW Golf Cabriolet 1.8 GTI All White (I think), all white leather seats, BBS alloys wheels, AutoWatch microwave alarm with central locking, all white hood in very good condition with no leaks, power hood and generally in good condition for a 20 year old car.

This car has been in the family for 6-7 years now, previously with my father in law and I bought this for a summer car 2 years ago and decided to get it back on the road after 4 years stood. I have various receipts for loads of items, please see below items that have been replaced. (spent over ?4,000 on this car in the last 12 months) yes I'm an idiot!

Recently had the underside of the car sprayed with an underseal type grease/wax
Re-built top end, new cam followers, 276 degrees cam, pressure tested
Replaced all seals in gearbox due to the vehicle been stored for over 4 years
Clutch
Improved the vehicle front headlights by fitting relay direct off battery.

And lots of other little parts too.

The car has been recently serviced with all usual items, plugs, dizzy cap, arm, HT leads, oil, oil filters etc? and runs well great.

Other than that bodywork is in good condition, with a few spots of rust in places but for 20 years old, it?s very good.

Like I say this is an ongoing project and have been driving this for 6 months and it?s fantastic, I need to do some work in the house and I need my garage for space, hence the sale.
